This policy explains what hnautobodynj.com collects, how H & N Autobody & Restoration uses it, and how to reach us about it.

What you give us

When you request an estimate, book detailing or an inspection, or contact us, we ask for what we need to help: your name, phone number, email, how you’d like to be reached, and what the vehicle needs. That can include the year, make, model and VIN, photos of the damage, and, for insurance work, your carrier and claim number.

Please send only what relates to your vehicle. Keep card numbers, Social Security numbers and unrelated documents out of forms and photos.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, look the vehicle over, prepare an estimate, schedule a visit or a tow, and keep you informed about your repair. It reaches us through the services that run our website, our shop records and our email and phone. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping with your vehicle or your request.

Calls and texts

If you choose “Text me,” we’ll text you about your request at the number you gave us. We only text about your vehicle; giving us your number does not sign you up for marketing. Message and data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP to any text from us, or call or email the shop and tell us the number.

Repair tracker

The repair tracker shows your vehicle’s progress when you enter your tracking number and the phone check tied to your work order. Keep those details to yourself: anyone who has them can see the status of your repair.

Analytics and Instagram

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. Google receives standard browser information such as your device type, the pages you view and a cookie identifier. Our gallery embeds Instagram posts; when the gallery loads, your browser connects to Instagram, which may set its own cookies under its own policy. Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email info@hnautobodynj.com, call 856-300-8369 or write to the address below. We may need to confirm it’s you before we release or change anything. Records tied to an active repair, an invoice or a legal requirement may need to stay on file.

If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell personal information, and we will never treat you differently for exercising these rights. This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children

This site is for people arranging vehicle services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
