Using this website
This website tells you about H & N Autobody & Restoration and gives you ways to reach the shop, request service and check on a repair. Use it lawfully. Do not submit false information, upload harmful files, interfere with the site, or try to view another customer’s repair.
Estimates and appointments
An estimate requested online or prepared from photos is a starting point, not a final price. We confirm the scope and the cost after we inspect the vehicle, and hidden damage can change both. A date you pick on a form is a request until we confirm it. A stage shown in the repair tracker is progress, not a promised completion date.
What you send us
Send information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and photos you have the right to share. By sending them, you allow us to use them to assess the vehicle, prepare an estimate and communicate with you about the work. We will not use your photos in advertising without asking you first. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Our content
The text, images and branding on this site belong to H & N. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Links and embedded content, including Google and Instagram, are run by others under their own terms.
Repair work is covered at the shop
This website is informational and may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. It does not create a repair warranty or guarantee. The work we do on your vehicle is covered by the paperwork you sign with the shop and by the rights the law gives you.
Limits and governing law
To the extent the law allows, H & N is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using, or being unable to use, this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law or any repair obligation we have agreed to with you. New Jersey law governs these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its date.
